一句話版本
First Gate 不收集你的任何資料。沒有伺服器、沒有帳號、沒有分析工具、沒有廣告。所有紀錄只存在你的裝置上。
App 在裝置上儲存什麼
- 攔截與反思紀錄：你在攔截畫面的選擇（離開／解鎖）、冷靜與延長事件、你主動記下的心情與文字。這些只寫入裝置上的本機檔案，用來顯示 app 內的統計與反思歷程。
- 設定：你選擇的高風險入口（以 Apple 提供的不透明代碼形式，app 本身讀不到名稱）、各入口的冷靜長度。
以上資料從不離開你的裝置，我們無法存取，也不會與任何第三方分享。刪除 app 即刪除全部資料。
螢幕使用時間（Screen Time）授權
First Gate 使用 Apple 的 FamilyControls／ManagedSettings／DeviceActivity 框架，在你自選的 app 或網站開啟前顯示攔截畫面。授權只用於此目的；Apple 的設計讓 app 無法藉此讀取你的瀏覽或使用內容。
Safari 延伸功能
選用的 Reels Gate 延伸功能只在特定路徑（如短影音頁）插入緩衝畫面，攔截統計儲存在 Safari 延伸功能的本機儲存空間，同樣不上傳。
通知
所有通知皆為裝置本機排程的通知，沒有推播伺服器。
兒童
First Gate 是給成人的自我管理工具，非以兒童為對象。
政策變更
若未來功能需要改變本政策（例如選用的雲端備份），會在 app 更新說明與本頁公告，並維持「預設不收集」原則。

First Gate Privacy Policy

The one-sentence version
First Gate collects none of your data. No servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads. Everything stays on your device.
What the app stores on your device
- Intervention & reflection records: your choices on the shield screen (leave / unlock), cooldown and extension events, and any moods or notes you record. These are written only to a local file on your device, to power the in-app statistics and reflection timeline.
- Settings: the high-risk apps/websites you selected (as opaque tokens provided by Apple — the app cannot read their names), and per-entry cooldown lengths.
This data never leaves your device. We cannot access it, and it is never shared with any third party. Deleting the app deletes all data.
Screen Time authorization
First Gate uses Apple's FamilyControls / ManagedSettings / DeviceActivity frameworks to present a shield before apps or websites you yourself selected. The authorization is used solely for this purpose; by Apple's design the app cannot read your browsing or usage content through it.
Safari extension
The optional Reels Gate extension inserts a pause screen only on specific paths (e.g. short-video pages). Its statistics are kept in the Safari extension's local storage and are never uploaded.
Notifications
All notifications are scheduled locally on the device. There is no push server.
Children
First Gate is a self-management tool for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
If a future feature requires changing this policy (e.g. optional cloud backup), it will be announced in the app's release notes and on this page, keeping "no collection by default" as the principle.
